Scusa welcomes the return of Chef Luca Pezzera from 6th to 12th June 2011. Specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, Chef Luca was the driving force behind the launch of Scusa in 2002. He currently heads Bontá Italian Restaurant & Bar, an establishment that he co-owns in Singapore.
Now back at Scusa for a limited time only, Chef Luca will be tantalising tastebuds for lunch and dinner with a choice of 3 or 4 course set menus starting from just Rp.160.000++ per person. He will also be presenting a signature a la carte menu inspired by Northern Italian cuisine. Chef Luca uses only the best quality fresh ingredients and diners can expect an Italian meal with a modern touch that is nothing less than pure perfection. Table reservations are essential.
