Since 1903, the legendary Tour de France has been captivating crowds throughout France and its neighboring countries. This year, the annual bicycle race takes place from 30 June to 22 July 2012, comprising of 20 challenging stages, covering a distance of 3479 kilometers.
To celebrate the spirit of this race, Chef Florian Lamelot’s delights follow the tracks of the Tour, from Liege, Rhone-Alpes, Auvergne, Bearn, Pyrenees and of course Paris, with the Champs-Elysees finish.
