On Thursday 2 August 2012 Hotel Association of Public Relations (Himpunan Humas Hotel or H3) paid a visit to Putra Setia Orphanage to break the fast together. This initiative is part of a series of activities undertaken by the hotel public relations association in Jakarta.
The visiting group comprised of public relations executives from more than 20 hotels in Jakarta and some media representatives led by the head of the association Fransiska Kansil. The group was welcomed by the chairwoman of Yayasan (Foundation) Rukun Istri Sejahtera, Mrs Hj. Titi S along with care takers of the orphanage.
“We are very grateful to receive a lot of help and donations from hotel members to be given to the children in Putra Setia. This is our charity initiative in the holy month of Ramadan, “said Fransiska Kansil.
“Thank God, we thank you for your kind attention and willing to visit the children in Putra Setia orphanage. May this will be all a blessing, “said Hj Titi S.
Local religious leader, Lutfi LC shared the tausiah before the breakfasting time. The event continued with break the fast together and delivery of donations and gifts to the orphans who also displayed their handicraft creations during the event.
