Lobo, Italian dining at The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta presents Domenica Brunch starting on mid of February 2011 specially prepared by Chef de Cuisine – Mariano Liuzza .
The word “Domenica” itself means “Sunday” in Italian language so guests will be spoiled by classic Italian savoury dishes starting from appetizer buffet including parma ham and several selection of a la carte main courses such as veal scallopini “alla Milanese” breaded in herb crumbs, mesclun greens marinated with Italian dressing, king tiger prawn “alla calabrese”with onion and garlic, butter, spaghetti aglio-olio, cajun spiced chilean sea bass on sauteed spinach and olive mashed potato, Lobo omelete stuffed with mushroom and cheddar cheese, paprika spiced potato chips, eaa florentine with caviar and sauteed spinach topped with sauce hollandaise, parmesan crackers, “I risotti” with the choices of risotto with wild mushrooms, “alla zafferano” or with lobster, “Le paste” with the choices of pasta with napoletana sauce, aglio-olio or garlic cream and mushroom, individually presented and served on an extensive table arrangement only for the diners’ delight.
The dessert table is featuring lavish choices of dessert starting from Amaretto Sabayon to Tiramisu and live cooking stations. As a highlight of the day is Lobo’s signature martini list – “Chic with Soul and Spice” martinis including lychee martini, lemon meringue chic, Irish wake up call soul, almond breeze soul, tokyo spice, bloody mariano spice. The martini signature is named after The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta scneography which will enlighten the fun Sunday’s dining out mood.
