The Sunset High Tea at Tugu Bali is set upevery afternoon from 4.30pm until 6.00pm at a terrace oveerlooking the ocean. Inspired by traditional markets in Indonesia “Jajan Pasar”, the concept is to offer a selection of local delicacies from all over Indonesia. Enjoy a wide selection of coffees and teas as the sun sets over Canggu Beach and linger over the magical colors illuminating the nature surrounding Hotel Tugu Bali.
Cara Isi, Lemper, Talam Abon, Lumpia Mini, Rissoles are just few samples of savory Indonesian “Jajan Pasar.” Kue Lapis, Kue Thok, Onde Onde, Bolu Kukus are representative of the sweets of Indonesia’s “Jajan Pasar.” There are also traditional Indonesian dessert ‘soups’, such as Bubur Kacang Hijau (Green Beans in Light Coconut & Ginger Syrup) and Kolak Pisang (Banana in Warm Sweet Coconut Soup) – amongst other dishes. The selection changes daily.
