Open for dinner and lunch, from Monday to Saturday, Chef Wawan’s new menu invites local residents and international visitors alike to sample creative fare such as Veal Tenderloin with grilled artichoke and truffle mashed potatoes; Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with rosemary, brown butter and parmesan; and one of the chef’s personal favorites: Pizza Rendang.
