New Chef de Cuisine of Al Nafoura

Le Meridien Jakarta is pleased to announce that Ahmad Moussa is the new Chef de Cuisine at Al Nafoura Middle Eastern Restaurant.

With over 10 years of experience, Chef Ahmad Moussa brings with him a wealth of knowledge gained in highly rated hotels and restaurants in Middle Eastern countries including Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, Doha – Qatar and Millennium Plaza Hotel, Dubai – United Arab Emirates.

Originally from Lebanon, Chef Ahmad Moussa honours his roots while elevating the fare to a level of fine dining, specializing in elegantly composed dishes that tell a story.

Chef Ahmad Moussa combines modern cooking techniques, international products and seasonal local ingredients in Middle Eastern dishes that make a heavenly experience out of sampling them. Two examples to whet everyone’s taste buds are Falafel (Arabic croquettes made with chick peas, coriander, garlic, and Arabic spices) and Katayef Shawarma (an Arabic pancaked stuffed with shredded chicken, marinated in secret blend of herbs and spices, served with garlic dipping sauce) currently on Taste of Beirut menu / November – December 2018.
