New Executive Chef, New Menu

Bali Paragon Resort Hotel is pleased to announce Harto Wijaya as the newly appointed Executive Chef. Chef Harto Wijaya has nearly 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

With Chef Harto Wijaya’s experience and passion for Gastronomy and Asian cuisine, starting in November he will present a new menu of Tablespoon Coffee House. The new menu is a celebration of the diverse flavors of the worldwide cuisine with a menu driven by fresh ingredients to create authentic and fresh flavors; the highlights of the menu are Balinese Bebek Goreng, Pasta Tom Yum, Pan Seared Salmon, Pan Seared Crispy Skin Seabass.

Tablespoon Coffee House at Bali Paragon is a luxury, elegance extensive on day dining menu of delicious cuisine from local, international and Chinese cuisine specialties. The venue of Tablespoon Coffee House features a visually dramatic show an open kitchen as well as décor and the light snacks. The dining for lunch or dinner daily operation hours are from 11.00 AM to 10.30 PM. Tablespoon Coffee House is a casual spot located adjacent to the main swimming pool serving a selection of refreshing beverages.
