At the end 2017, Ademuy Gelato opens at Jalan Lempongsari Raya No. 80 Sleman Yogyakarta. The gelato comes from the original raw materials from local farmers and ranchers. The milk that is the main ingredient of the gelato is taken directly from dairy farmers who live in Cangkringan, Yogyakarta. In addition to the main raw materials, the mixed ingredients to create gelato flavors also come from local Indonesian farmers such as cocoa, fruits and coffee.

The flavor generated by gelato comes from quality basic ingredients in direct control by the owner. Ademuy Gelato is halal certified. The husband and wife of UGM farm graduates started their business by selling ice cream with brand ‘Sweet Sundae’ in 2008 distributed in 17 cities all over Indonesia.
