As the name stated, Hot Stone Grill Sous Vide Beef Medallion is a work of culinary art to get an exquisite steak on plate. The meat wrapped in a vacuum plastic along with the ingredients goes trough a modern Sous Vide technique by using a special boiling machine that can stabilize the water temperature in 50oC. This process will ensure the ingredients are perfectly absorbed and the meat will be super tender. The meat then moved to the second process which is grilled on the hot lava stone (300oC) complete with a fresh thyme leaf and garlic to arouse the spices aroma.
