This culinary journey will thrill the diners with Chef Natalia expertise in authentic and creative Peruvian delicacies from 20 to 31 August 2018.
The unique flavors of Peruvian cuisine are what make the cuisine extraordinary. With the combination Pre-Inca and Inca culinary creations with Spanish, African, Asian, French, Italian and British cuisine, Peruvian dishes are highly influenced by the individual regions’ natural resources and present foreign influence. The primary ingredients found in nearly every Peruvian dish are rice, potatoes, chicken, pork, lamb, and fish, as Peru is a major fishing nation.
Throughout this promotion, Café Gran Via offers the indigenous and distinctive Peruvian culinary options that indulge the senses. Chef Natalia introduces some of her best creation incorporating Peruvian and local ingredients including ceviche mix, chicken chili rolls with avocado sauce, criolla beef soup, fried ceviche, guargueros, lamb stew north style rice, peruvian beef empanadas, peruvian fish & prawns soup, seafood jalea with singkong with 3 sauces as well as seafood stew cau cau and many others. Not only that, guest can enjoy selection of Peruvian desert of Chocolate Peruvian rice pudding, cinnamon cake Peruvian style, Purple crepes with pineapple grilled and red quinoa soufflé.
