Inspired by Bali’s famous oceanfront sunset and cocktail destination, Bacchus Bar presents a mouth-watering ‘Rock Bar at AYANA Midplaza JAKARTA’s menu with tantalizing light bites. Sumptuous Greek cuisine is perfectly paired with the wine lounge’s impressive cellar to heighten the overall culinary experience. At Bacchus Bar, guests will sample several of the chef’s signature recipes including Sea Bass Marinata on pita bread with lemon confit, Feta Cheese Saganaki drizzled in honey sauce and tender Chicken Souvlaki topped with Rock Bar’s authentic creamy herb Tzatziki sauce.
Rasa restaurant transforms with the cosmopolitan taste of Bali’s signature To’ge restaurant, making its debut at AYANA Midplaza JAKARTA. Conveniently located in the heart of Jakarta’s CBD, To’ge’s chefs will dazzle connoisseurs of Asian cuisine with cherished family recipes from across the region.
Thai aficionados are first on the list with a spicy bowl of Tom Yam Goong, featuring Thai jumbo prawns, galangal, lemongrass and oyster mushrooms. Destined to become a local favorite, thechef will unveil his delicious Singapore Seafood Laksa, brimming with rice noodles, shrimp, scallop and mussel in a spicy coconut soup. With flavors reminiscent of lovingly prepared home-cooking, the Hainanese Chicken Rice is hearty and healthy with fragrant rice, soy, ginger, fresh chili sauce and a savory chicken broth.

Sami Sami is one of the island’s most popular Tratoria style Italian venues and the chefs are excited to show off their skills at Scusa Trattoria & Grill during the food festival.
