On 24 & 25 December 2017, Café Gran Via signature live kitchens is showing off the authentic Mongolian Grill Barbeque as well as the large selection of seafood on ice, including Freshly-shucked oysters, Lobsters, Snow crab legs, Prawns, Crayfishes, Blue mussels, Jade snails, Brown crabs, and Japanese sashimi. An exquisite array of popular dishes of Japanese sushi and Asian favourites will also be brought down to complete the festivity joy. Not only that, the carving station will also display the featured festive items such as Roast Christmas Turkey with walnut apple stuffing, maple glazed potatoes with cranberry sauce and giblet gravy, Salmon Wellington as well as the sweet indulgences such as a traditional Yule log cake, Milanese Panettone and more of assortment Christmas desserts. The Santa Claus will also make a special appearance, bringing party favours and festive cheer for guests and the little ones. For more of a memorable celebration of the season dining, throughout 15 – 25 December 2017, Yoshi Izakaya and Tien Chao will celebrate the grandeur of Christmas with ‘Merry & Bright Set Menu’. Savour Zensai Sansu, Kinoko Foilyaki soup, Australian Wagyu & Ebi prawn or Lobster & Gindara accompanied by the signature homemade Yoshi dessert. Tien Chao will also feature its classic treasure combination menu including Seaweed thick soup, deep fried Garoupa fish fillet and beef brisket with dried Toss La Mian. The Merry & Bright Set Menu is priced at IDR 588,000++/set for Yoshi Izakaya and IDR 638,000++/set for Tien Chao.
