This April, C’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant is serving freshly prepared wagyu tomahawk steak with an Argentinian twist. Characterised by an intense marbling, savour the tenderness of the succulent 1,500 g grilled bone-in wagyu ribeye, giving it a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a mouth-filling rich and savoury flavour. Served with three side dishes; maiz rostizado, pico de gallo and pastel de camote for IDR 2,200,000++.

This month, Sumire will present an exciting culinary experience utilising one of Japan’s oldest cooking utensils. Donabe are special Japanese clay pots and are traditionally cooked over an open flame. Nutritious and delicious, these one-pot wonder dishes can be enjoyed starting at IDR 175,000++. Choose from a selection of chicken, seafood or beef donabe, or go vegetarian with a Japanese mushroom donabe.
