Starting every second and fourth week of the month, guests will be able to enjoy small portions of various Spanish Tapas creation by Executive Chef David Fernandez Losas at the relaxed surroundings of Lobby Lounge every Thursday from 6 – 9 PM. The cultural gastronomic feast brings together dishes of contemporary Spanish cuisine, unique interpretation of tapas with its exceptional textures and rich flavour accompanied by beautiful live music Jazz. The styled classic and innovative Tapas dishes are served alongside Manchego Cube & Tomato Chutney, Crispy Bread, Escalibada and Anchovies, Spanish Omelet Pintxo & Sweet Sour Pepper, Bravi oli Potatoes, Torto of Spanish Chorizo, New Style of Pulpo Gallega, Spanish Burger with Smoked Cheese, Green Mojo Croquettes and Snapper, Salmorejo & Crispy Chili Bread, Gazpacho, Empenados, Pinchitos as well as Churros complemented with variant of delectable Sangrias.
