Cuca Restaurant Bali, is all set to surprise discerning diners, informed foodies, culinary industry elite and more, once again, hosting two stellar culinary events in Pan Pacific Singapore luxury hotel this October. All part of Cuca’s signature Gastro Tours, now in its epic fourth year, celebrating fiendishly inventive gastronomic extravaganzas and collaborations – including their think-outside-the box signature event “Swig & Nibble” at exceptional venues and fabulous locations across Asia Pacific.

What you’d expect from Cuca: since 2013, an ultra-contemporary restaurant dishing-up a radically different ‘clever comfort food for sharing’ and ‘super casual meets fine-dining’ experience and one of South-east Asia’s celebrated foodie destinations – ranked by TripAdvisor Travelers Choice as top 10 amongst Asia’s fine-dining restaurants. Cuca’s cutting-edge formula comes masterminded by award-winning Chef and co-creator, Kevin Cherkas, whose impressive resume boasts stints at Michelin-starred restaurants, including El Bulli and Arzak.

On Friday 19 October and Saturday 20 October, Swig & Nibble @ Pan Pacific Singapore promises to be an off-the-charts, fairy tale food and beverage experience infused with Cuca’s Swig & Nibble stand-up, daringly innovative spirit: three action-packed hours of 20 magically crafted sweet and savory canapés presented on oversized trays brimming with artful garnish arrangements, served in a non-stop, predetermined sequence. All this snappily orchestrated with meticulously paired tipples intermittently poured at designated stations and funky techno swing sounds played out within two luxurious venues. The stage is set at Atrium, a 44-metre long bar overlooking an eclectic collection of seating pods floating over a reflection pool and Poolside Bar, an urban tropical bar set amidst lush greenery, venues that will further expose Cuca’s quirky trademark style and Cherkas’ fearless creativity.
