August – Iconic Local Cuisine
Start your journey in the month of August to celebrate Singapore’s unique collective culture with iconic local cuisine like the signature Black Pepper Char Kway Teow, the quintessential Salted Egg Yolk Crab and Bak Kut Teh – pork ribs simmered in herbal spice-infused broth. Do not miss out on the exciting action at the live stations featuring Singapore-style Laksa, Stir-fried Oyster Hokkien Mee and the crispy Prata, paired with aromatic Indian vegetarian curry and dhal curry. October – Spiced Discovery
Inspired by the Diwali Festival of Lights, embark on a spiced discovery trail in the month of October with Indian delights like Mixed Fruit Chaat, Dahi Vada, Kerala Fish Curry, Lamb Handi, Prawn Masala, Chicken Malchani, Madrasi Potato and Mixed Vegetable Jalfrezi.
