Tablespoon Coffeehouse at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel presents taste of seafood from three countries in Asia. The journey of tastes from three countries in Asia begins at Indonesia; the Ikan Gulung, a rolled of white fish infused by local aromatic bumbu, row of shallot dressing, oyster mushroom and crispy of sweet potato, would be the right choice for seafood lovers. A series of taste of seafood’ journey continues to Hong Kong, an authentic fried noodle from Hong Kong, Mie Goreng Cabe Ijo – Fried Noodle with Green Chili; is stir fried of Hong Kong Noodle served with seafood satay and salty egg. Last but not least, Thailand, where you can indulge in the mouthwatering dishes such as Pasta Tom Yam; a unique of taste came from Thai cream sauce combination with seafood and served with spaghetti pasta. The dish is inspired by the iconic of Thailand’ soup, Tom Yam, expressing the great balanced between traditional and contemporary flavour.

Tablespoon Coffee House is a luxury, elegant extensive on day dining menu of delicious cuisine from local to international. The venue features a visually dramatic show an open kitchen as well as décor and the light snacks and buffet breakfast. Tablespoon Coffee House is a casual spot located adjacent to the main swimming pool, serving a selection of refreshing beverages. Open daily from 06.30AM to 10.00PM.
