Guests can indulge in Chinese dishes prepared using one of the oldest cooking methods in history – clay pots. Guests can enjoy a range of fine oriental dishes, including Braised Lamb with Bean Curd Skin, Stewed Chicken with Chinese Wine, Simmered Assorted Vegetables with Vermicelli and Dried Scallops, and the all-time favourite, Rice with Assorted Dried Chinese Sausages, all served in an unglazed clay pot. Shang Palace Clay Pot Specials are available from 5 to 26 March 2011, starting from Rp. 68,000++ per portion.
