Several Middle East Embassies are attending an exclusive Iftar Dinner
Century Park Hotel proudly presents “The Ambassador Iftar Dinner”, an annual Iftar Dinner with the Middle East embassies, on Thursday, 26 July 2012 at gazebo pool area. The exclusive iftar is attended by several representatives of ambassadors such as: Palestine, Iraq & Afghanistan. For the main event of the Iftar dinner there will be a sharing session for every invited ambassador to share their country’s Iftar traditions. Mr. Bilal Chamsine as the General Manager of Century Park Hotel will also have his turn to share his breaking-the-fast experience in his home country. Mr. Chamsine is a Lebanese born man, however he is now a an American citizen. Before enjoying a series of Ramadhan dishes, guests are welcomed with the Sema dancing (Whirling Dervishes Dance) performance, a very religious traditional dance from the Middle East. The dance was inspired by Turkish philosopher and poet Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi, which contended that “spinning” is the basic of life in the world & on the earth.
Century Park Hotel Supports “3rd Muslim World Biz 2012” Muslim World Business & Investment Zone (MWBIZ) is an event for entrepreneurs, businessmen, small & medium industries, government & private that aims to facilitate businesses who are seeking for opportunities to form business joint venture in the Muslim World. “The Iftar Dinner is also set to create better relationship between Century Park Hotel management and the invited guests whom their country are also mostly exhibitors at “World Muslim Biz” .”, said Mr. Bilal Chamsine during the dinner.
The third “Muslim World Biz” will be held on September 2012 at Jakarta Convention Center. Century Park Hotel was the only selected 4 star hotel in Indonesia to provide the accommodation for the participants.
